We planned a ribbon-cutting ceremony and three openings to "show off" our new facility!

The first unveiling of our physical facility took place last Friday, October 7th, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and then a Donors Appreciation Opening. Lots of invited guests and our "constituency" — children — joined us for both events. At the ribbon-cutting, Ruth Cavins, Executive Director of the Oklahoma WONDERtorium and Cristy Morrison, Director of the Stillwater Convention and Visitors Bureau offered comments.

And, later, during the Donors opening, Director Cavins welcomed the crowd, reviewed the progress of the museum and the capital campaign and made several presentations to staff and volunteers.
