Museum Without Walls (MWW)

The Oklahoma WONDERtorium began Museum Without Walls (MWW) programming in the fall of 2006. This component of our programming is designed to take educational, literacy- and science-focused traveling exhibits to area schools, preschools, child care centers and community events.
Through MWW, we serve all children, pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade, but particularly those children who might not otherwise be able to visit a museum. To date, through the generosity of foundations, corporations, and other agencies who have endorsed museum funding proposals, all MWW programs have been provided free of charge to schools and communities, thereby providing novel, interactive educational opportunities for children in financially-challenged communities and school districts — ones that might otherwise not be in a position to host such exhibits.
