Enjoy a literacy rich story time with music, books and more! This month we will continue to offer story time every Tuesday from 11-11:30 a.m., but we’ll also offer it at 4 p.m. on Tues., Sept. 20th and 27th.

9/21& 9/23 - Stop by the Curiosity Cart/Money Go Round to check out pocket microscopes & bugs in bottles!
9/28 & 9/30 - Draw the missing half! Swing by the Curiosity Cart/Money Go Round to learn about insects and their symmetry.
Enjoy fun and interactive experiences designed to enhance literacy through writing for children of all ages. In addition to weekly activities, young writers are encouraged to bring their projects for creative consultation. This program is offered through the OSU
9/22 & 9/24 - Create the life cycle of butterflies & learn about the iridescent Blue Monarch butterfly.
9/29 - Let’s learn about Roly Poly habitats and create edible houses for Roly Polies!
It’s a Bug’s Life
The museum is alive with bugs! Explore the world of bugs as we host OSU’s Insect Zoo at Discovery Diner! Tarantulas, walking sticks, spiders and more will be part of the day’s fun. We’ll also have a variety of activities throughout the museum to help us understand these amazing animals.
For the entire month of September, we will observe caterpillars change into chrysalises and then butterflies. Join us as we release Painted Lady Butterflies on September 27th at 4:30 p.m!
The WONDERtorium will be closed this week as we clean, paint and organize the museum!
