Hands-on science classes for kids who WONDER why!

- Age: 6-8 years old
Oklahoma ENERGY will engage young scientists in hands-on exploration of fossil fuels and how they are used in our daily lives. Children will learn the difference between potential and kinetic energy. We will dig deep to find out about the formation and properties of oil. We will explore the porosity of rocks and even discover how to identify rocks using sound waves! Engineering skills will be developed as we work together in teams to build a derrick. Museum School science classes will also include time to play and explore in the museum.
